Easthampton Farmers’ and Makers’ Market, June 25!

strawberries and honeyYay! Summer is here! That means summer veggies and other goodness aren’t far behind!

This Saturday our wonderful sponsor, Beyond Green, will be at market to share the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency. The Easthampton PTO will be there, and kids can make a FREE cheerio birdfeeder!

Thanks to The Prindle School, we’ll be listening to Rua Bhean from 10-12, then after 12 we’ll have SpecialK at market, and Holyoke Hummus Company will feed us!

Here’s who’s coming to market this Saturday:

Blue Sun Nursery will have a variety of perennials.

Ellie’s Oils will be at market with flavor infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Kosinski Farms and Raven Hollow Winery will be at market with greenhouse tomatoes, strawberries, baked goods, jams, jellies, and condiments, radishes, hanging baskets, and various wines.

Passalongs will be at market with fresh flowers, a wide variety of homemade jams and jellies, including organic strawberry jam and jalapeno strawberry, made just this week with local strawberries. Yum!

Riverside Gardens and Red Fire Farm will have spicy salad mix, red chard, white chard, curly green kale, romaine lettuce, salad mix, cucumbers, radishes, summer squash, basil, cilantro, curly parsley and flat parsley and will be bringing Park Hill Orchard‘s asparagus, eggs, and garlic scapes.

Sweet Harvest Farm will be at market with eggs, lettuces, kale, spinach, potted herbs and veggie starts

White Cedar Farm is bringing lettuce, baby bok choi, arugula, kale, rainbow chard, asparagus, rhubarb, bunched herbs, potted herbs. Green Acres Fruit Farm’s eggs and honey. Wise Acre Farm’s Organic Strawberries and Mycoterra Farm’s Shiitake Mushrooms.

Saturday, June 18 at the Easthampton Farmers’ & Makers’ Market!

radishIt rained, it poured, but we were not deterred last weekend! Let’s just say that THIS Saturday we will be enjoying a beautiful end-of-spring day, and we look forward to seeing you across from the pond, at our market in the parking lot of 50 Payson Avenue!

This week we have entertainment from Jim Eagan (10-12) and Paul Sticca (12-2). Jim plays acoustic folk and folk blues, and Paul specializes in acoustic Americana.

Sun Kim Bop, the Korean food truck, will be at market for lunch!!

Passalongs will be at market with fresh flowers, a wide variety of homemade jams and jellies, granola, and gluten free pound cake. Yum!

Riverside Gardens will be bringing basil, cilantro, mint, flat parsley, curly parsley, beets, carrots, Swiss chard, Kale, heads of lettuce, salad mix and potted herbs and flowers to the market this Saturday!

Sage Meadow will be at market with amazing smelling goat milk soaps.

Sweet Harvest Farm will be there with eggs, veggie starts and t-shirts.

Truehart Massage will be there. doing 15 minute chair massages. With every $10 chair massages you’ll receive a coupon for $10 off a full session.

June 11 Market!

We had a SUPER BUSY, FUN, and EXCITING market last week! Let’s do it again!

Passalongs will be at market with cut flowers, hand-made market totes, homemade DOG BISCUITS, a whole bunch of jams, and sweetly potted succulents.

Riverside Gardens will have carrots, baby spinach and salad mix plus herbs, starter plants and geraniums and they’ll also have Park Hill Orchard‘s fresh farm eggs and asparagus!

Sage Meadow Farm will be there with wonderful goat’s milk soaps! They smell so good!

May 28 Market: Here’s who’s coming and what they’re bringing!

Our first market of the season was FANTASTIC! Our vendors are keeping that ball rolling with some marvelous stuff this coming week. Here’s who’s coming and what they are bringing:

Laura Mustard and Jim Eagan will be playing at market. Laura is a singer songwriter, playing from 10-2, and Jim is a market regular, playing 12-2. He specializes in acoustic blues.

Blue Sun will be there with a wide variety of perennial plants. It’s planting season!

Kokoro Japanese Soul Food will be there making “Okonomiyaki” savory vegetable pancakes (with and without bacon), “Gyoza” handmade dumplings, and teriyaki meatballs. All items made from scratch, and soooo good.

Kosinski Farms/Raven Hollow Winery will have various wines, hanging baskets, baked goods: breads, pies, muffins, + cookies, jams / jellies / relishes, asparagus and greenhouse tomatoes!

Love Field Way will be at market with vegetable starts (heirloom peppers and tomatoes), some flower and herb plants, cut flowers, crocheted hanging baskets, and succulent terrariums.

Passalongs will have fresh, local flowers and handmade market tote bags.

Riverside Gardens will have bedding plants, geraniums, herbs, radishes and spicy salad mix. Red Fire Farm (at Riverside)  will have salad mix and spicy braising mix, romaine lettuce, spinach,carrots, chives, oregano,rosemary, sage and thyme.

The Easthampton PTO will be hosting a FREE seed planting event at market this week for children! Come on down and plant some seeds!

We’ll enjoy  acoustic folk and folk blues by Jim Eagan during the market. Such ambiance!

Sun Kim Bop, Korean Fusion Food Truck, will be at the market serving up tasty food from 11am on! YUMMO.

White Cedar Farm will have asparagus, fresh cut herbs, leeks, spring onions, potted herbs, Mycoterra Farm Mushrooms, Ravenwold Greenhouses hanging baskets, strawberry plants, rhubarb plants, tomato plants, and flowers. All of these great vendors will be at the White Cedar Farm tent.

Vendors of all agricultural products, arts, crafts, foodstuffs, body products, or any homemade, homegrown, or homecreated items are invited to apply!
