September 1 at the Market

Hi all! Come on down this Saturday to peruse the farm fresh goodness that we’ll have for you this week. It’s is the perfect time to stock up on fruits and veggies for preserving and pickling so that you can continue to eat local as the summer winds down. Or, bake and freeze a few savory tomato pies to warm up later for an impromptu dinner party. Never had a tomato pie? Stop by the manager’s tent for the free recipe after you shop the market for ingredients! While you’re there, sign up for our weekly email list and enjoy a cup of coffee provided by our generous sponsor Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters!

Kirk’s Creations will have Stukitz Kraut, jalapeño garlic Kraut, Blaukraut, vegan kimchi, fermented hot sauce, fermented cucumbers, garden ripe HOT peppers including Trinidad Scorpion, Ghost, Scotch Bonnet, Cayenne, Serrano, and a fresh batch of smoked salsa!

Stony Creek Farm will have an assortment of pickles and preserves, pies and cookies, and gorgeous loaves of bread, and goat cheese and meat.

LifeBooch is back with kombucha! They’ll have a fresh batch of ginger and mango jalapeno, and more strawberry basil if the batch is ready in time!

Riverside Gardens is bringing all of their vegetable bounty!

Passalongs will have vibrant flower bouquets, hardy succulent planters, and a ton of tasty homemade jams including three new summer fruit flavors: roasted peach and blueberry pie, honey cardamom pear, and wild grape and blueberry conserves.

Sapowsky Farm will be there with an edible rainbow of fruits and veggies! Corn, tomatoes, peppers, peaches, blueberries, apples, nectarines, plums, squash, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumbers are in the line up.

Sweet JJs will have a delectable variety of baked goods, including their veggie rolls, sourdough (plain and gorgonzola garlic), flaky croissants, cinnamon rolls, almond cloud cookies, golden raisin oatmeal cookies, emoji lemon sugar cookies, plum cobbler muffins, and lemon tarts.

Mayval Farm will have milk, a range of fresh cheeses, and beef. This is the last week for peach skyr, so if you haven’t tried it, now is the time!

Parkhill Orchard will have just picked peaches, and an assortment of delicious early fall apples! Whet your appetite with the peach samples this week! And of course, raw wildflower honey from Red Barn Honey Company.

Pearl Street Mushroom Farm will have infused nut butters and a plethora of mushrooms harvested from their urban farm in Holyoke.

Another rainy morning is forecast for our market! Dodge the raindrops to grab the bounty of the season! Here’s who will be at market this Saturday:

Five a Day Farm is bringing tomatoes, cukes, pickles, zucchini, summer squash, green beans, and tatsoi.

Kirk’s Creations is coming with lots of fermented items, including sauerkraut and kimchi!

Park Hill Orchard is coming with apples, peaches, and berries.

Passalongs Farm will be there with jams, succulent gardens, and fresh flowers.

Pearl Street Mushroom Farm is coming with fresh mushrooms, nut butters, and other mushroom-infused goodies.

Riverside Gardens will have fresh veggie starts, houseplants and fresh veggies!

Sapowsky will be bringing TONS of fresh veggies and some amazing fruit.

Sweet JJs will be bringing a wide variety of baked goods to market.

Our market is happy to take SNAP! And several of our vendors can also do HIP.

Pearl Street Mushroom Farm will have mushrooms and infused nut butters!

Park Hill Orchard will have incredible peaches, blueberries and apples!

Five a Day Farm will have will have green beans, zucchini, summer squash, tatsoi, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers.

Kirk’s Creations will be there with Stukitz Kraut, Blaukraut, Jalapeno Garlic Kraut, Kimchi (vegan), two fermented hot sauces, and three varieties of fermented cucumbers – Kosher Dill & Garlic, Spicy (dill & garlic with red pepper flakes), and Smoky Spicy (dill & garlic with smoked red pepper flakes).

Elle Naturel will have hand made body care products!

Riverside Gardens will have kale, chard, radishes, green beans, Yellow Pear tomatoes, some fresh herbs, and late season vegetable starts.

August 4 at the Easthampton Farmers’ and Makers’ Market!

Hey folks! Barring torrential rains and gusty winds, the Easthampton Farmers’ Market is ON tomorrow, Saturday, August 4! Here’s who is coming and what they are bringing:

Sapowsky Farms will be at market with the FULL HARVEST: sweet corn, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, radishes, lettuces, greens, blueberries, peaches, plums, beans, cauliflower, pickling cukes, summer squash, zucchini, basil, spinach and freshly baked sweet breads and cinnamon roll bread!

Passalongs will be at market with fresh flower bouquets, succulent gardens, JAMS, and their famous jam-stuffed muffins.

Pearl Street Mushroom Farm  will be at market with yellow, pink, Pearl, AND blue oysters! BIG harvests this week! All that and medicine butters, too!

Mayval Farm will be there with fresh, local, and delicious whole milk and their world famous chocolate milk, cheese curds, cheeses, and skyr, including PEACH skyr. And beef!

Dani will have a fun craft at the Kids Tent!

We are still waiting to hear from a couple more of our vendors. Be there, bring an umbrella, and get all the goodness of the season! We are proud to take SNAP and HIP!

 

July 14 at the Easthampton Farmers’ Market – THE LINEUP IS AMAZING!

Hey folks! The forecast for Saturday is going to be great for the market! The veggies are out in full force. Check out our vendor list this week:

Sapowsky Farms is bringing corn, possibly tomatoes, beets, lettuce, greens, yellow and green beans, cucumbers and pickling cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, scallions, mini peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, blueberries, radishes, summer squash and zucchini, onions and zucchini bread, blueberry loaves, freshly baked pretzels, and cinnamon bread!

Kirk’s Creations will be there with fermented deliciousness!

Passalongs Farm will have fresh flower bouquets, tabletop succulent gardens, and a lot of JAM. Jammy jam jam.

Elle Naturel will be with us with homemade bath and body products and her amazing all natural bug spray!

Mayval Farm is coming with their milk, chocolate milk, cheese, skyr, cheese curds and kefir!

Five a Day Farm will be there with fresh greens, veggies and some starts.

Sweet JJs will have Veggie Bake, Cranberry Walnut Sourdough, Gorgonzola Walnut Sourdough, Almond/Chocolate Croissant, ​Blueberry/Pineapple Danish, Cinnamon Roll, Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies, ​Almond Cloud Cookies, Snickerdoodle Cookies, Emoji Lemon Sugar Cookies, Very Berry Muffin, ​Blueberry Tart, Lemon Tart, Lime Tart, and Fruit JJello.

Stoneybrook Cider will be joining us with their award winning hard ciders!

Lifebooch will have two amazing flavors of locally brewed Kombucha! Strawberry basil and mango jalapeño!!!

Riverside will be there this week with Vegetable and Herb starts, Beans, Snap Peas, Kale, Chard, Lettuce mix and Rhubarb.

Pearl Street Mushrooms will be at the market this week with a plethora of nut butters, seasonings, and baked goods, all infused with potent mushroom extracts! And Mushrooms!

Parkhill Orchard will be joining us with fresh picked berries and their amazing cider slushees!

Sage Meadow Farm will be there with their AMAZING local, artisan goat milk soaps!

Riverside Gardens will have Salad mix, a few varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, radishes, green peppers, lunchbox and jalapeño peppers, kale, chard, basil, chives, and carrots!

Lovefield Way Garden Arts is bringing fresh herbs,  cut flowers, succulent terrariums, crocheted hanging plant holders and reusable mesh bags.

Nuestras Raices will be joining us with tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, eggplant, scallions, kale, sunflowers, garlic, peppers, and maybe watermelon.

Passalongs Flower Farm & Wicked Small Batch Jammery will be at the market with fresh flowers, a wide variety of jams, fruit butters, and marmalades, 2 kinds of jam-stuffed muffins, hanging hydroponic gardens, and home-grown garlic wreaths.

Five a Day Farm will be coming with cherry tomatoes, green beans, pickling cukes, kale.

Riverside Gardens will have lettuce mix, curly and red russian kale, chard, radishes, cucumbers, basil, chives,green beans and mint, all grown naturally and with love!

Sage Meadow Farm will have an assortment of goat milk soap.

White Cedar Farm is bringing Watermelons, Savoy Cabbage, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Mycoterra Farm Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Acres Fruit Farm Eggs and Honey, Saltbox Seasonings.

Saltbox Seasonings will be there with an assortment of their hand blended herb seasonings, seasoned salts and seasoned sugars!

The harvest is in FULL SWING, everyone. Our vendors have lots of amazing, locally grown, made, and crafted items at market this week!

Local band The Russellers will be entertaining you as you shop!

Riverside Gardens’ farm and greenhouse are overflowing with crisp, colorful produce! We have cucumbers, blue curly kale, red Russian kale, (ON SALE for just $1 a bunch!), tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, lunch box peppers, Swiss chard, beans, yellow squash, rhubarb, basil, sage and chives all grown naturally and with love!

Sage Meadow Farm will have a variety of home-made goat milk soaps.

Saltbox Seasonings will be offering handcrafted, small batch gourmet seasonings, infused and herbed gourmet finishing and cooking salts, gourmet sugar blends, cocktail rimming mixes, barbeque and grilling blends, salt-free seasonings.  They use local (e.g., fresh garlic scapes and dill weed from local farmers) whenever possible and welcome special customer requests for custom seasoning and sugar blends. Their products will be at White Cedar Farm‘s booth this week.

White Cedar Farm will be bringing farm fresh eggs, honey, shiitake mushrooms, cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, and basil plants, along with Saltbox Seasonings‘ products.

June already? WOW! June 3 at Market

For us farmer types, May went by at the speed of light! Lucky for you, visitors to the Easthampton Farmers’ and Makers’ Market, because the further we get in the season, the more wonderful variety we are able to bring to you!

This week we have pony rides at market! Super fun! Welsh Creek Farm Adventures is bringing Tinkerbell to market for the little ones to ride. We will have music by market favorites, Jim Eagan and Paul Sticca.

Our fantastic sponsors, the Easthampton PTO, will be making dreamcatchers at the kids’ craft tent.

Our regular vendors will be at market, too! Here’s who is coming and what they are bringing:

Blue Sun Perennials will have a wide assortment of perennial and herb plants.

Five a Day Farm is bringing plants, lettuce, kale, radish, and mixed greens

Hilltown Grazers will be bringing pork chops, St. Louis ribs, pork butt and shoulder, Bratwurst, Liverwurst, no-nitrate hot dogs, hams and other goodies.

Nuestras Raices is coming and will have have plant starts, radishes, baby kale, lettuce, baby braising mix, and maybe cilantro

Passalongs will be there with a wide variety of jams (a bunch of strawberry varieties!) as well as flowers, flowers, and flowers, plus succulent gardens and hanging hydroponic gardens.

Riverside Gardens will have romaine and leaf lettuce, limited baby kale, chives, rhubarb, vegetable, herb and flower starter plants, geraniums and potted pansies.

Sage Meadow Farm will have an assortment of goat milk soap. We will also be offering goat milk cheeses from our foundation farm, Valley View, which includes an assortment of fresh chèvre, delicious feta, and their specialty tome cheese.

White Cedar Farm is bringing hanging baskets, garden plants, herbs and flowers, raw, local honey, farm fresh eggs, rhubarb, and shiitake mushrooms.
